Where are your products made?

Our products are handmade in a commercial kitchen in small batches to ensure quality and freshness.

 

How long do your products last?

Our products are best if used within one year from date of purchase.

 

How should I store my products?

We recommend storing your products away from heat, moisture and direct sunlight.

 

Are your products tested on animals?

No, and we use ingredients sourced from companies that do not perform animal testing.

 

Are your products vegan?

Yes, we use all plant-based ingredients.

 

Are your products nut-free? 

Our Extra Moisturizing SOFTSKIN STICK contains Shea butter. Although allergies to Shea butter are rare, it is best to consult with your doctor before purchasing/using this product.*

 

Are your products soy-free?

Our AROMA ROLL-ONs are soy-free. Most of our other products contain 1% or less non-GMO (genetically-modified) soy-based Vitamin E (tocopherol) to help preserve freshness. If you have a soy allergy or sensitivity, it is best to consult with your doctor before purchasing/using these products.

 

Are your products gluten-free? 

Yes, although our products/ingredients are not made/processed in a gluten-free kitchen/facility.   

                                   

Are your products certified organic?

No, but many of our products contain ingredients that are USDA certified organic.

 

Why do some of your products caution latex allergies?

While not common, reactions to avocado have been found in some people who have allergies associated with latex. As well, latex-type substances have been found in some Shea butters. 

 

Some of your ingredients are 'wildcrafted'. What does that mean?

Wildcrafted ingredients come from plants that are harvested from their natural habitat. Wildcrafted sourcing is a sustainable practice that does not endanger the plants and their ecosystem.

 

My product arrived and it's melted/really hard. Can I still use it?

Absolutely! Our products are in their natural state with no added preservatives. If your product arrives melted, let it sit at room temperature or put it in the refrigerator for an hour or so. If it's too hard, let it stand at room temperature before use.

 

*Our products are made in a kitchen that uses Shea butter, as well as other ingredients that may have been processed in a facility that has nuts. We use utensils and tools that are designated nut-free.
